Can I use my insurance on the day it expires?
The insurance can be contracted up to 6 months in advanced so that by the date you indicate we have the insurance contracted.
I have been in the same company for many years, can I keep my seniority?
We maintain seniority in the previous company in policies that allow other companies to view the claims history. For this, we will need the current policy number, as long as it has not been more than three months since leaving the company.
Can I get full coverage?
New dealership vehicles can be fully insured, while vehicles that are not new can be fully insured with a minimum deductible of € 200.

Do all claims affect my premium increase?
The claims of windshields, theft, fire and travel assistance do not increase it, only incidents with a fault with a third party injury and those of own damages in which you are the guilty party.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, with the options of quarterly, bi-annual, and annual payments.
Can I choose where to repair my vehicle?
The company has collaborating workshops where advantages for its clients are offered. Also, the customer has the freedom to choose any workshop, even official brand dealers.
How can I manage the fines?
We offer telephone advice on the procedures to be carried out in fines. We also provide discharge and ordinary resources management.
If I contract insurance with a co-pay, does the co-pay apply to all claims?
Co-pay only applies in those cases of self damage; it does not apply to claims of windshields, theft, fire and travel assistance.
